Ray Alexander Thompson is accused of using his title as a deputy to take advantage of his victims in at least two different cases.

The Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office says a Harris County man is now behind bars following a child pornography and sexual abuse investigation.

Shocking allegations are just coming to light against a former Precinct 4 deputy constable accused of using his job to intimidate and sexually assault women. Ray Thompson is charged with two counts of sexual assault for encounters that prosecutors say happened in October of 2022 and in September of 2023.

Jeleel Williams, 26, is accused of taking the victim, who had been drinking, to his house after a detention academy graduation ceremony in July.
