Nick Sirianni doesn't regret the decision to kick a field goal instead of going for it to win the game late in the Philadelphia Eagles' loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Monday night. After Saquon Barkley dropped a third-and-3 pass and the Falcons' 13-yard line that would have given the Eagles a first down and an 18-15 victory,

Sirianni said he was “even more convicted” about the decision after the game. He was confident their defense could stop Atlanta’s offense from scoring a touchdown because they only gave up 15 points in the first 58 minutes, made a few stops in the red zone and slowed down Kirk Cousins.

On Wednesday morning, the Eagles head coach cleared the air as to why he didn't speak with Philly players after a last-minute loss to the Falcons.
