After Milton landed in Florida, several communities in the state were left grappling with devastation.In Tampa, flooding is one of the issues many face. Due to the high water levels, rescue teams were seen carrying a family on a boat across the streets.

Videos showed water had inundated the facility and surrounding streets, with cars flooded and first responders traveling by raft and airboat.

Hurricane Milton brought powerful winds, a storm surge and flooding to much of Florida after making landfall along the Gulf Coast as a Category 3 storm.

The residents of an assisted living facility in Florida were assisted to safety with the help of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office early on Thursday morning after floodwaters from Hurricane Milton inundated the region.
