President López Obrador signed the decree promulgating the judicial reform bill which he says will bring a "true rule of law."

Mexico's judicial system has undergone significant changes, as the new constitutional amendments were officially published in the government gazette. President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador confirmed the signing of the decree.
