SMU quarterback Kevin Jennings has been medically cleared for the top-20 clash with Pittsburgh and will start for the Mustangs, coach Rhett Lashlee told ESPN.

The SMU quarterback has not yet been cleared medically for contact, but he believes he will be ready to play in a pivotal ACC showdown against undefeated Pitt.
