The Tyreek Hill incident raises concerns about the lack of civilian police oversight due to a new law in Florida.

Miami Dolphins wideout Tyreek Hill met with the media on Wednesday. The wideout was a realist about his role in the ugly incident with Miami-Dade police before the season opener with the Jaguars that saw him handcuffed,
