This was a vintage performance by the Iowa Hawkeyes. All three phases dominated but more importantly, Iowa dominated this game with their physicality on the way to a 42-10 demolition and made it so the Wisconsin Badgers folded and gave up.

The 32-point margin was Wisconsin’s largest loss to the rival Hawkeyes since losing 41-0 in 1968, Iowa’s 42 points are the most the Badgers have allowed in the series since 1975, and Iowa has now won three straight for the first time since 2002-2005. It was a historic loss for the Badgers, and therefore a historic win for the Hawkeyes.
