The Veilguard only released a few days ago to patient fans after a decade of waiting for the RPG - and as the community is still exploring all the long-awaited game has to offer, BioWare says Mass Effect stans should expect a quieter N7 Day than usual this year.

It’s N7 Day, the annual Mass Effect holiday in which BioWare gestures at the next game while fans have a field day with merch and fan art. But this year, the team just put out another game, Dragon Age: The Veilguard and doesn’t want to steal the game’s thunder with a bunch of teases for a game that’s still a ways out.

The Veilguard's one-week anniversary looming, BioWare has released its first big patch for the well-received fantasy action-RPG; and as an added treat, the studio has also tossed in some Mass Effect themed armour to mark this year's N7 Day.

Here is the full list of patch notes for Dragon Age The Veilguard v1.0: Rook can find a new N7 day appearance in the Lighthouse. This is a cosmetic only armor. Fixed an issue where DLSS options could end up “grayed-out” on a 40-series Nvidia GPU.

We already knew Dragon Age: The Veilguard ’s first patch was coming this week, but since it landed on N7 Day, it also came with a few surprises. The fantasy RPG is one of BioWare’s more polished games, but even so, there are plenty of bugs for the team to squash, based on the patch notes it just put out.

The Veilguard Patch 1, bringing with it a number of bug fixes as well as special cosmetic-only armor that celebrates N7 Day. The patch addresses a handful of graphical and gameplay issues, including problems with Hardin and Taash repeating the same banter indefinitely.
